This frequently asked questions (FAQ) page will try to answer some of your most common questions we receive.

But at anytime you still need clarity, please contact us with your questions anytime.

1. Where do we park once we arrive? And can we bring guest?
   1. Our studio location has street parking on our block. Some free and a few meters parking spots right in front of our entrance, fifty-cents for two hours.
   2. Your guest are always welcomed, just keep the numbers below 5 people (children included) due to COVID-19.
2. Is there a deposit collected, and if so how much would it be? When is full payment due?
   1. There is a 25% none-refundable retainer collected at the time of booking to secure your date and time in our booking calendar.
   2. An invoice will be sent to you within 24-hours showing you the balance that is due at your time of arrival.
      1. Please Note: Event and wedding photography services, the balance is due two weeks before your event date.
3. How soon after our photo session do we receive images?
   1. ​​​​​​​Within 72 business hours is our official response. In most portrait and headshot cases even sooner than that. ;) 
4. From our photo we take with you, how do we order?
   1. Right from inside your gallery. We email you a Gallery ID and Password to use once on our "Client Access" web page. Once in your gallery, select an image or images you would like to make prints from or get gifts made using your images. You have a quick shopping listing, but for a complete list of options with your prints click on "Visit Shop."
      1. During your check out, you can select to have your print orders edited (skin retouching) and framed as well. The ship right to your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
5. How much are the images, what are the print prices?
   1. Digital image prices range from $2.50/ea for web images for social media use to $10 for high resolution files for example.
